			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Being a healthy person is important because it allows us to feel and look good and keep ourselves in outstanding conditions. It is vital because that way we prevent serious diseases and our bodies are able to perform all of our activities in the best way possible.</p>
<p>Having a healthy diet is easy if you use the food pyramid for yourself! However, your mind has to be in “healthy mode” so you can start living healthy. The food pyramid says a healthy diet is mainly composed by fruits, vegetables, whole grains and seeds. Mother Nature has given all of her best products for us to eat and be healthy people.</p>
<p>Don’t ever think about getting into one of those fads “Hollywood” diets, like Atkins, Zone, soup or fruits diets. They are illogical precisely because they ask you to stop eating certain type of important nutrients that our bodies need, and increasing the portions of other nutrients. The food pyramid does not discriminate any of those nutrients, because all of them are significant. You might lose weight, but will be unhealthy.</p>
<p>This is a quick view of the food pyramid, organized in the order of importance:</p>
<p>1.Grains (specially whole grains)</p>
<p>2.Vegetables, especially dark green and orange vegetables, dry beans and peas</p>
<p>3.Fruits, based on variety and deemphasizing fruit juices</p>
<p>4.Oils, specially fish, nut, and vegetables sources</p>
<p>5.Milk, a category that includes fluid milk and many other milk-based products </p>
<p>6.Meat and beans emphasizing in low-fat and lean meats like fish, more beans, peas, nuts, and seeds. </p>
<p>Remember: you are what you eat. The food pyramid will allow you to eat healthy and feel good. So, do you still doubt? </p>

The reason is simple: health is important in everyone´s lives!</p>
<p>I am a woman and breast cancer is worrying everyone nowadays, not only because it is the number one type of cancer that is killing women all around the world, but also because people is not informed enough about it. Preventing this type of cancer is so easy that women shouldn&#8217;t be dying in its hands like they are. </p>
<p>Here I am going to give you girls some steps you can take to prevent this terrible disease that is affecting millions of women every where. Breast cancer is affecting the world women´s health!<br />
1. Always keep a healthy body weight during your life. All the weight we gain in midlife, has been shown to considerably increase the risk of breast cancer. On top of that, an elevated BMI has been shown to increase the risk of post-menopausal breast cancer as well.<br />
2. Avoid alcohol, or drink less. Alcohol is the riskiest agent that provoques breast cancer. Studies show that alcohol, along with several other factors, can increase breast cancer risk as much as 20-25 percent, specially when it is consumed more than twice a day. Alcohol is not good for women´s health, as it even affects our skin and blood.<br />
3. Consume as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Eat a minimum of 7 servings per day of these. The best of breast cancer protection products include all cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower (eat them raw or lightly cooked because otherwise they will lose some of their anti-breast cancer properties); dark leafy greens (collards, spinach) ; carrots and tomatoes. The best fruits against breast cancer are citrus, berries and cherries.<br />
4. Exercise regularly the rest of your life. Many studies have demonstrated that regular exercise provides outstanding protection against breast cancer. Do exercise for 30 minutes (specially aerobic activity like walking) for five or more days per week. The key is being consistent and respecting the 30 minutes time frame.<br />
5. Eat the right fats. You can stop the risk of getting breast cancer if you control the type of fat that you eat. Women´s health is also based on what they are eating.You need to avoid the use of saturated fats (sunflower, corn) as they are Increase your consumption of omega-3 fats, especially from oily fish (salmon, tuna). Eat monounsaturated oils (canola, olive oil, avocados) as your primary fat source, because they are good against cancer. Canola oil is a good source of omega-3 fats; extra virgin olive oil is a excellent source of antioxidants and nuts and seeds provide you with the cancer protective mineral, selenium.<br />
I am sure we can all fight against cancer and improve women´s health. Change your way of living and start being a healthy woman today! Say no to breast cancer today!</p>

The next step is taking the decision that you are going to become a physically fit guy or girl. This article I am writing is for you to understand how important is it to be fit in life, not only because you will look wonderful, but also as a healthy lifestyle. My intention is for you to achieve your goals.</p>
<p>Fitness exercises were created with that intention. Some people might think going to the gym is just for models and actors. No way, it is for everyone! Shouldn´t everyone be in healthy conditions? I think so&#8230;<br />
The decision of initiating an exercise program cannot be taken lightly. It requires a lifelong commitment of not only time but also personal effort. Exercise has to become one of those things that you can´t live without, such as bathing and brushing your teeth. If you are not convinced of the benefits of fitness and the risks of unfitness, you will not succeed on this.<br />
However, it is essential that you are patient during the process. Don&#8217;t try to do way too much too soon and don&#8217;t quit before you have a chance to experience the rewarding benefits of improved fitness exercise. You can&#8217;t regain in a few days or weeks what you have lost in years of sedentary living, but you can get it back if you are consistent. It is worth enough to become a healthy and slim person, isn´t it?<br />
In the following pages you will find the basic information you need to begin and maintain a personal fitness exercise program. These types of program are intended for the average healthy adult. It tells you what your goals should be and how often, how long and how hard you must exercise to achieve them. That is why it is imperative to control the foods that you serve for meals and all those snacks you have on hand for them. Nutrition for health is important to keep your children in excellent physical condition.</p>
<p>If you are looking for a nutrition health for your children, please follow the following basic guidelines:</p>
<p>•	Include fruits and vegetables into the daily routine, get at least five servings a day. Make sure you serve either fruit or vegetables at every meal.<br />
•	Make it easy for your child to choose healthy snacks by keeping fruits and vegetables on hand and ready to eat. Other good snacks include low-fat yogurt, peanut butter and celery, or whole-grain crackers and cheese.<br />
•	Serve lean meats and other sources of protein, for instance fish, eggs, beans, and nuts.<br />
•	Pick whole-grain breads and cereals so children get more fiber on their diet.<br />
•	Reduce fat intake by avoiding deep-fried foods and choosing healthier cooking methods: broiling, grilling, roasting, and steaming. Choose reduced-fat or non-fat dairy products only.<br />
•	Limit fast food and other low-nutrient snacks, such as chips and candy. But don&#8217;t completely ban favorite snacks from your home. Instead, make them &#8220;once-in-a-while&#8221; foods, so kids don&#8217;t feel disadvantaged. </p>
<p>An excellent nutrition will lead up to an optimum health condition lifelong.<br />
This is why keeping yourself and also your family in healthy conditions depends on what you guys eat. If you eat crap, then that is what you are going to look like. If you want to be healthy, strong people who can perform your activities in the best way, then you need nutrition health. </p>
<p>Keep in mind the importance of implementing a healthy nutrition at home and stop having kids sniffing all day and suffering in pain.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Teen disorders have become an everyday concern for parents, for all family members and teachers who are in contact with the young population. Some adults might think that being young is the easiest and the most exciting part, but for some adolescents that nice part seems to be complicated and to adjust to a new world can become a difficult task. Counseling is a good option to give some guidance to kids, although they don&#8217;t accept it, many things have the chance to be solved and understood. Don&#8217;t force your teen to assist to counseling sessions but if you see that something is wrong encourage the girl or the boy to look for help. If at the end many efforts have been made and nothing gets better, ask for prescription drugs to treat adolescent&#8217;s disorders.</p>
<p>Some of the most common disorders are eating disorders and Attention Deficit Disorders (ADD). When kids can trouble accepting their physical appearance or they feel forced to fulfill the fashion world expectations bulimia is the way out, vomiting each time they eat something. Identify this situation if the teen goes to the bathroom during or after meals as a routine. ADHD characteristics are inattention, impulsiveness, and hyperactivity. To treat this sufferings, which sometimes can dominate the way teens live, there are many generic medications that could help like, Atomoxetine, Wellbutrin, Desoxyn, Zoloft, Prozac and Ritalin. All these medications are used all over the world to treat several teenager disorders and the result have been satisfactory in the cases where the right diagnosis has been given.</p>
<p>Teen depression is a suffering that occurs as a response to stress or some situations that turn difficult for the adolescent to deal with or to overcome. Teen who have low self-esteem, who have trouble dealing with failure, who lost important people in their life, who need to be in control, or that are highly self-critical are an easy target for depression. It is difficult to recognize the symptoms because adolescents can be huge roller-coasters however, a constant sad mood, failure in school, difficulty maintaining or beginning relationships either with family or friends, substance use and abuse, and negative behaviors may be the alarm system of a kid with depression. The following prescription drugs treat this suffering and the ones related with anxiety disorder. Paxil (depression), Zoloft(depression and anxiety), Prozac (depression, eating and anxiety).</p>
<p>An ideal situation is one in which parents could identify triggering symptoms however if the teen has trouble understanding it, parents don&#8217;t understand it either. Information becomes a necessary tool to use appropriately. The anxiety disorder consists on fears, stress or phobias which appear early in life most of the times after a triggering event. Some physiological symptoms are headache, sweating, palpitations, hypertension, and muscle spasms. High stress and fear towards people, things, places could be caused by anxiety. Eating disorders begin mostly when adolescents have a wrong idea about their body image, they cannot get thin enough to look good, it doesn&#8217;t matter if they can see and touch their bones, &#8220;I am fat&#8221; he says, &#8220;look how fat I am&#8221;,she says. Teen disorders should be controlled and generic medications can be the answer .</p>
<p>All prescription drugs should be prescribed by a psychiatrist, only this health professional will give the correct diagnose. If there are many teenagers at home don&#8217;t share the medications since doses are prescribed specifically for each patient. Don&#8217;t allow the kids to share it with friends or classmates, since some teens have sold their own pills, extra care should be taken. To offer a timely option to recover mind peace and happiness to adolescents may save their lives. Don&#8217;t ignore kids, wrong behaviors tell parents / teachers that the kid is suffering in the inside. Remember that teen disorders must be treated.</p>
